    "1 cup water

    1 cup Bundaberg ® amber rum
    4 tsp vanilla extract

    Boil water, sugar and coffee for 10 mins and let cool. Add rum and vanilla. Put in clean bottles and leave for 1 week before using."

    "1 oz cognac
    5 oz hot black coffee
    1 1/2 oz whipped cream
    1 tsp sugar

    Add coffee and cognac to an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Gently float whipped cream on top, sprinkle with grated chocolate, and serve."
  • Stanley Steamer
    1/2 oz Tia Maria ® coffee liqueur
    1/2 oz Carolans ® Irish cream
    1/2 oz Remy Martin ® cognac
    12 oz coffee
    1 squirt whipped cream
    1 dash Grand Marnier ® orange liqueur

    Take a warm beer mug w/handle. Put in the liquor. Fill with coffee. Top with whipped cream dashing a little Orange Liqueur Grand Marnier on top. Serve with a straw.
