    Pour coffee, cointreau and kahlua into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Gently float the cream on top, add a teaspoon of cointreau, and serve."
  • Pepinos Cafe
    "1 oz tequila
    1/4 - 3/4 oz Kahlua ® coffee liqueur
    1/2 tsp brown sugar
    1 cup strong hot coffee
    1 oz light whipped cream

    Heat tequila and kahlua in a heat-resistant glass or cup, and stir in sugar. Fill with coffee, stir again, and top with cream."
  • Irish Mist Coffee
    "1/2 oz Irish whiskey
    1/2 oz Irish Mist ® herbal liqueur
    5 oz hot black coffee
    1 1/2 oz whipped cream
    1 tsp sugar

    Pour coffee and liquor into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Gently float the cream on top, garnish with a cherry, and serve."
  • Russian Tea
    "8 cups water
    5 bags tea
    1 cup sugar
    16 oz orange juice
    8 oz pineapple juice
    3 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tsp cloves

    Make tea in the water, and add rest of ingredients. Simmer for at least half an hour, and serve."
  • Mocha Mudslide Milkshake
    "1 cup milk
    2/3 cup sliced ripe bananas
    2 tbsp sugar
    1 tsp instant coffee
    1/4 cup vanilla low-fat yoghurt

    Place the milk, banana, sugar and coffee granules in a blender and blend until smooth. Freeze in a blender container for 1 hour or until slightly frozen. Loosen frozen mixture from the sides of blender container, add yoghurt and blend until smooth. Garnish with banana slices. Serve immediately."
