    Pour coffee and liquor into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Gently float the cream on top, add amaretto, and serve."
  • Monte Cristo
    "1 oz Kahlua ® coffee liqueur
    1/2 oz Grand Marnier ® orange liqueur
    fill with hot coffee
    1 1/2 oz whipped cream

    Moisten the rim of an irish coffee cup with lemon juice, and dip into sugar. Pour the kahlua and grand marnier into the cup, and fill almost to the top with coffee. Top with whipped cream and grated chocolate."
  • Blackjack 2
    "1/2 oz brandy
    1 oz Kirschwasser ® cherry brandy
    1 oz coffee

    Shake all ingredients with cracked ice, strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes, and serve."
  • Mocha Freeze
    "2 oz amaretto almond syrup
    2 oz caramel syrup
    4 oz espresso
    1/2 cup chocolate milk
    2 scoops chocolate milk

    Combine all ingredients in a blender with one cup of ice. Blend until the chunks of ice are small, and serve into two tall glasses."
  • Cafe Royal Frappe
    1 oz cognac
    3 oz cold black coffee

    Mix and pour into a double-cocktail glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a cherry and serve with short straws.
