    "2 liters water
    3 liters black tea

    2 liters dark rum
    1/2 liter brandy
    5 oz lime juice
    lime peel

    Heat water. Stir in sugar, tea, and honey, and allow to boil. Add liquors, stir well, and simmer. Stir in lime juice and peels. Serve hot in heat-resistant cups or glasses, or cool, seal and bottle."
  • Ginger Syllabub
    "2 tbsp medium dry sherry
    3 tbsp brown sugar
    1 pinch nutmeg
    1 pinch ground ginger
    juice of 1/2 lemons
    1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
    2 - 3 pieces minced, crystallized ginger

    1. Put the sherry, sugar, spices, and lemon juice into a large mixing bowl, and stir until well-blended. Leave to soak for at least half an hour.

    2. Beat the cream until it is stiff. Fold in the chopped ginger. Chill thoroughly.

    3. Before serving, divide into four serving bowls and top with crumbs of crystallized ginger and a shake of nutmeg.

  • Morning Dew
    8 liters Mountain Dew ® citrus soda
    64 oz orange juice
    1 bottle Southern Comfort ® peach liqueur

    Pour ingredients into a punch bowl and stir. Add cherries or grenadine.
  • Confetti Punch
    "70 cl white rum
    1 1/2 liters dry sparkling wine
    1 liter lemonade
    70 cl white grape juice
    50 cl orange juice
    10 halved strawberries

    Chill ingredients seperately for a minimum of two hours. Combine in a large punch bowl, with a small amount of ice, and serve into wine glasses."
