  • Champagne Pineapple Punch
    "50 cl Sauternes white wine
    30 cl pineapple juice
    10 cl lemon juice
    60 g caster sugar
    200 g pineapple chunks
    75 cl Champagne

    Pour all ingredients except champagne into a large jug and mix until sugar dissolves. Chill for at least 2 hours, and pour into wine glasses until two-thirds full. Top each glass with champagne, garnish with pineapple chunks, and serve."

    8 oz Everclear ® alcohol
    56 oz water
    1 package Kool-Aid ® Tropical Punch mix
    1 bottle Rolling Rock ® lager

    Put all ingredients into a large mixing bowl or simmer pot whenever possible. Mix well! This drink serves 2-3 quite well.
  • Shirley Temple 3
    7 oz Sprite ® soda
    1 oz grenadine syrup

    Pour Sprite over a few ice cubes in a highball glass. Add grenadine, and serve.
  • Mulled Wine
    "3 cups water
    1 cup sugar
    12 cloves
    2 cinnamon sticks
    lemon peel
    750 ml red wine
    1/4 cup brandy

    Simmer water with, sugar, cloves, cinnamon sticks, and peel of one lemon in a stainless steel pot for 10 minutes. Pour in the wine, heat to a coffee temperature do not boil and add brandy."

    "70 cl gold tequila
    70 cl strawberry puree
    10 - 15 cl sugar syrup
    6 washed, sliced strawberries

    Add ingredients to a punch bowl with sufficient crushed ice to slush. Serve in wine glasses."
