    1 bottle barbeque sauce (any kind)
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    Pepper to taste
    1/2 can beer
    1/2 lemon juice
    Salt to taste
    Red chilies (opt.)

    1 tsp. baking soda

    1 c. packed brown sugar

    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. uncooked oats
    1/2 c. chocolate chips and raisins
    Stir together flour soda and salt set aside. In large bowl beat batter peanut butter and sugars until creamy. Beat in eggs milk and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture then oats chocolate pieces and raisins. Drop by rounded tablespoonsful 3 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Remove to rack to cool. Makes 42.
  • Bar-b-q Sauce
    1/2 c. onion chopped
    1/3 c. green pepper chopped
    1/2 c. celery chopped
    3 tbsp. oil
    1 tbsp. garlic powder
    1 tbsp. chili powder
    1 tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. catsup
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. molasses
    1/2 c. water
    1 tbsp. horseradish
    1 tbsp. Tabasco sauce
    Saute onion green pepper and celery in oil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 20 minutes until turns a nice brown.
  • Barbeque Sauce For Ham
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. ketchup
    4 tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 lb. chipped ham

  • Bourbon Barbeque Sauce
    1 c. ketchup
    1/3 c. bourbon
    1/4 c. molasses
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 cloves garlic crushed
    1 tbsp. lemon juice
    Mix well let stand several hours.
